Notched glue spreaders
Four acrylic spreaders for glue, epoxy or tile adhesive: fine, medium and coarse notches and a smooth one with a rounded corner. Glue hardly sticks to acrylic, dried residue simply pops off.

Build instructions
Apart from the workpiece you need nothing else.
Carving and finishing
- Clamp the workpiece flat on the spoilboard or secure it with double-sided tape, and set the origin as shown in the carving assistant.
- Engrave the labels, mill the grip hole, then cut out the spreaders with the 1.5 mm end mill; it fits into the gaps between the teeth.
- Free the parts at the holding tabs with a utility knife or fine saw and sand the tab remains flush.
- Only deburr the teeth, the edges should stay sharp.
Assembly and final touches
- Apply glue in a bead and pull the spreader over it at an angle in one go. Wipe it afterwards; dried residue can be flexed off the acrylic.
